You can upload JPG, GIF, and PNG. We recommend using at least a 1600x 1080px (3×2 ratio) and an individual image that‘s optimized for web and no larger than 2MB.
Make sure the files are an accepted format (jpg, png or gif).
When you are uploading multiple files or images as part of one artwork, make sure all of the files you are uploading are less than 10mb combined. The total file size of all the images combined must be less than 10mb.
